Your order is carefully processed from Monday to Friday. As a rule, our items leave the warehouse within 3-6 working days.

    • The delivery time is 8-12 working days.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
After dispatch you will receive an e-mail with a link to track your shipment.
Note on shipment tracking: It may take 2-5 days for the carrier to add your parcel to their system.


INCORRECT ADDRESS
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you for clarification and refund the purchase price excluding shipping costs.

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

PRODUCT ERROR?
If your product is faulty, please contact our customer service via email cs@climbowl.co.uk. We will then take the necessary steps for an exchange.

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE

  • Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via cs@climbowl.co.uk
  • Resolution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item.
